Terms of Service

1. Advisory Tiers

Advisory tiers (Calma, Llevant, Tramuntana) are non-refundable once the written report or consultation has been delivered. Bespoke engagements are invoiced per agreed scope.

2. Scope of Service

Voramar Advisory provides independent watch guidance. We do not sell watches, hold inventory, or act as an agent for any brand, dealer, or auction house. Our guidance is personal and non-binding.

3. No Conflict of Interest

Voramar Advisory does not receive commissions, referral fees, or any form of compensation from third parties in connection with its recommendations.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
